The report serves to fulfill the reporting obligations in accordance with the Plan for the Advancement of Women, Section 63 (statutes of the University of Graz)
The objective(s) of the tool
Rendering visible gender situations, providing a substantial foundation of data, raising awareness of unfair power relationships.
Description of the tool
Reporting obligations in accordance with the Plan for the Advancement of Women provide the basis along with already available figures from the intellectual capital report and data collections for the ministry (unistev, bidok). Clear illustrations with graphs and tables and analytical texts describing and interpreting individual areas receive particular emphasis; as does the relationships between them. In addition to data on students and staff, the so-called leaky pipeline, the glass-ceiling index and the gender pay gap are depicted in detail. Gender disparities are also analyzed for commissions, appointment procedures, bonuses, scholarships, admission tests and career paths.
